For a location to be so close to the Santander Arena and knowing the amount of clientele they will be receiving you would think they would have the appropriate trained staff and the capability of handling such traffic on a night of a concert. My party of only three people had to wait more than an hour and a half for just one drink. We didn’t even get the opportunity to order our food yet as we waited so long for the drink and for our waiter to come back. During that one hour and a half of waiting three other tables stood up and left disappointed and upset about their hour plus long wait time. It’s a shame. We asked the waiter twice for our drinks after flagging her down and she claimed that the bartender always makes her wait for the drinks a long time. We proceeded to ask for the manager which she said she would go get. But never did so we left after waiting almost two hours. The opportunity is there for greatness and to make the money, the location is beautiful and we thought we would have a great time. Unfortunately, last night was not it for us and many others that walked out as well.

Very nice clean place,great admisphere.service not so good .wated 20 minute for a waitress,gave her an order for 4 drinks and food.never got the food and after another 25 minutes she brought 1 beer .so i went to the bar to get our drinks 20 before we got them if they would get their service issues straight I would give them another try.

Firstly the food took almost 2 hours to arrive even though the restaurant was almost empty. When the food arrived, the portions were not ideal (felt like they were rationing) especially considering the price. There was live music which was nice, but it was so loud. I had trouble conversing with my family the entire time I was there.
