I arrived shortly before my order pickup time of 6:10pm. I gave the hostess my name and said I have a to go order, the girl told me just a few more minutes I said no problem and took a seat. I sat there for over 30 MINUTES without anyone acknowledging me while the two girl hostesses stood there 5 feet from me just laughing and chatting having a good old time. Meanwhile my food was sitting there behind them for an unknown amount of time (enough time for it to get ice cold and my 3 sodas to
be watered down to nothing) and when I got up to ask where my order was she asked me my name again and said “ohh.. we forgot… sorry” and handed me my things. I spent $100 dollars of my hard earned money here and that’s the kind of service I receive. Very unprofessional, unacceptable and at close to 7 o’clock at night and waiting there all that time what other choice do I have but to walk out and have to heat my now poor quality food up when I get home and eat it. A refund should be issued for my order for the absolute poor quality of service I received from your establishment and the hostess who stood there shooting the breeze with her friend should also be told about how unprofessional and unacceptable this was.

I got the pulled chicken and ribs very good. Would recommend this place. Been here a bunch of times for a chain restaurant. It is very good. Try if you're in the area

I was really disappointed with my visit. The waiter insisted we order the bigger, more expensive ribs because they were supposed to be larger, meatier, and fattier but they were not at all. The portion was (small) and definitely not what was described. On top of that, we actually saw a mouse during our meal, which is very unsettling, and the windows by our table were covered in spider webs. Overall, the experience was very disappointing and makes me not want to return.

Manger didn’t want to give an opportunity to my husband just because he dosent speak fluently inglés, funny part we put an application a couple months ago and they gave him an interview even tho I spoke to to the manger I translated, they had no issue the only issue was my husband didn’t have the the day they needed available just because he works another job, I don’t know what the problem is now. You haven’t even met my husband for you to know “it’s going to be complicated “ 🤦🏽♂️
