Not sure how they make their burgers but they are definitely not made on a grill. Also not hot in anyway. My cheeseburger tasted boiled. The lettuce was brown. Disgusting, and I’m sure the person who made it could see it. My onions were also brown. Ordered bacon cheese fries and received no bacon. Wait was not even 5 minutes. Best part was my slush with nerds. In the future will stick to slushes and milkshakes. Customer service was acceptable but not the food.

Sonic is know for bringing food to your car yet you guys can’t even do that no matter the time of day. Can’t even put a sign up or nothing and employees park right at the order screens. Place is trash not what it used to be

The cheese fries I wouldn’t get again , it was almost like plastic, the triple smash burger was so so good I plan on getting it again and the pretzel was so good and buttery and perfect.

I came here with my family today and we parked at an order booth and we pressed the red button to make an order, we sat there for 30 minutes and no one answered to take our order, we get approached by an associate with a tray of food and we told him we didn’t order anything that we’re still waiting on having our order taken and he said did you place a mobile order and we answered no, he said they were only taking mobile orders and drive through orders, I asked him why no one said that to us at least on the speaker or have a note or something posted to at least let us know. By the way, there was other cars parked there for a long time as well waiting to have their orders taken and when they were told the same thing as us after a while of waiting, they left very upset as well. Took my business elsewhere.

Service was absolutely horrible i placed and order online. Sat at a stall spot for pickup for 20 mins. Just to finally hit the button again and be told now we have to go through drive through. When we get to the window where orders are places there is a hand written sign where it says no slushies or sodas. Which is what i order asked for refund of drinks that i will only pick up food and im told i have to go through app. Call customer service to be told they can not do a partial refund. Like what kind of service is that poor
This location is hit or miss... we stop sometimes on our way back into town and, at times, we'll get great service that is quick and provides us our drinks/food and we're good to go. The last two times we were there we just waited and waited and waited, we tried a place ahead and literally ordered two fountain drinks - pulled up and said we were there and then, after 10-minutes, decided to hit the button to ask what was going on... they marked in the system that they delivered our drinks but forgot. We then waited another 5 minutes for someone who walked out two drinks, said nothing to us, and walked away? Interesting customer service. We haven't been back since.

Drive thru speaker was rushing us to order and kept putting the wrong thing for 2 simple slushes after we go to the window she gives the wrong size I gave it back to her and she rolled her eyes and did the slushy again but still gave us the wrong flavor and just closed the window on us. Horrible service and it’s not the first time disappointed

It's 11 pm , everything I just bought was absolute garbage , all old and barely hot in any way .. number 5 , old and burnt ass bacon , cold to the touch , number 10 , all tenders cold and somehow undercooked , congrats on that magic trick . What a waste of money

Didn’t have our order correct and we even ordered ahead. There was a rotten tomato on my burger the burger was cold, fries are cold. Also they made a drink wrong

ASTONISHINGLY bad service here. It started at the drive thru speaker when we started to order and he immediately stopped me and asked me to wait. After waiting for a minute with no explanation, he eventually started to take our order but then asked us to repeat every single part of our order as if he was unsure that each thing that we said was actually on the menu. A few times he even quoted something back to us that we never said. After correcting our order and clarifying things as simple as mayonnaise or the colors of drinks, he ended up giving us the wrong drinks at the window. After he corrected our drinks, he told us to have a great day and shut the window but he still didn't give us our food. Once we drove away, we realized that they gave us all mediums and not the correct sizes at all. When we went back around to the drive-thru, he continued to confuse what we were asking and wanted to know what drinks we got. They asked us to pull around and then never brought us our food so we had to go back through the drive-thru again and asked for a third time for our food. Really really really really bad customer service and I'm not surprised at all that they don't get much business

Just had a DoorDash delivery!! Food was cold, Hot dogs were not cooked, raw! Hardly any toppings!

I am siting in a line for 15 minutes with one person in front at the window and the people behinds us are getting there food and drinks first
