Sonic's food and drinks are great. This location has got to be the worst and most inconsistent fast food in the area. The crew is (mostly) rude and smug. Haven't received a correct order a single time I've been here.

the food is amazing. period. however the staff seems to be severely under trained. it explains why they always have new people..it can get pretty bad horrible with angry customers. there have been multiple times when i've ordered pickup, and i've had to inquire about my order at the window after waiting in my car for at least 20 mins (it's supposed to be brought to your car). or how its a thursday at 10:20 pm and their grill is closed and cleaned when they close at 11pm?

waited 25 mins when i placed my order online in the stall just for me to press the button and them say i had to go through the drive thru. wish they would’ve posted something saying they were only taking mobile orders and the stalls were closed instead of making me wait with no response

Went to grab food before an appointment I went threw the drive thru you would think 15 min max Nop 43 min in the drive thru with 4 people inside the building it’s just insane to me , be aware you will be waiting for a while till you get your food .
1 hour in drive thru only 5 cars to pick up an order is insane

Every time I use the app and check in at the correct stall, I end up having to call the store to tell them I've been sitting there for 10 minutes. Tonight was no different except I just ordered a drink. No food, just a soda. It still took me calling after 10 minutes of sitting there to get my order. The people inside are very nice but this place is clearly being understaffed on purpose.

Ive eaten here before so its not fair to completely base everything off of one bad experience but whatever was in my food I got the day before Thanksgiving gave me some food poisoning im still dealing with a week and a half later. 30$ for some food poisoning is pretty expensive and obviously not worth it. As far as the atmosphere, when this place first opened up compared to what it is now, you could easily confuse it for being a different business or not the same place/location etc. It's kinda depressing tbh, it's basically just a shack at this point, then again, it's fast food, nobody goes for the atmosphere.

So we pull up to the drive thru at 6 pm on a Tuesday to order a slushie and the person working the drive thru says "Sorry we can't take any more orders we are short staffed" wow and there were only 4 cars in front of us. No more Sonic for us
