Asked for a simple iced brown sugar oatmeal shaken espresso. The first one wasn’t sweet at all. I told the barista who said she would remake it for me. The remade one tastes like straight syrup. Thank you for ruining my morning coffee.

I order a drink and they gave me the wrong drink it tasted like just lemonade when I ordered green tea like how can you mix that up?!

I ordered (and paid for) a triple grande latte and got a tall steamed milk. I could not taste the coffee in the drink at all. This Starbucks is disappointing since they redid it.
It took 25 minutes with less than 5 people in line. I am assuming that Starbucks is just under scheduling.

Thursday I was told I was being up charged for ordering no ice in my iced coffee. First let me start by saying I pick these coffees up after work for the following day so I can wake up, get my kids ready, and then head to work while already start the day off with my coffee because there is little time to stop on my way to work. I get no ice so it’s not watered down.I find this absolutely insulting that your are nickel and dime’ing your customers with your already totally over priced coffee. It’s to my understanding that stores with licensing agreements can charge whatever they want? Non the less this looks extremely poor for the brand. I’ve been a customer for years and no longer will you catch my family or myself inside a Starbucks nor purchasing any merchandise elsewhere. Totally greedy to a hardworking class. Shame on you.
Within the past month the two times I’ve gone to this location the barista Linda was extremely rude. My first visit the milk that was put out for coffee was soured, when I brought this to her attention and asked for her for a fresh coffee I was met with attitude and not an apology. Then before leaving I tried the sweet green tea I ordered to find there was no sweetener. When I brought this to her attention she yelled at me saying I was creating a health hazard by setting my cup down. She then put sweetener in a cup, spilled it then proceeded to throw the cup across her work station and became even more rude to me. The second visit she got my order incorrect again and upon me correcting her she mumbled under her breath and walked away. When I asked to know who her manager was she refused to give me a name after I asked multiple times. I am tired of being unable to order a coffee without a negative attitude or rude comments.

Great coffee
I travel to PA once a month and when I’m not here I travel to other states. This Starbucks is one of the worst locations! They have a bad attitude and is always behind. There is a 20 min wait in the drive through so I decided to go in and it’s the same. These young ladies are not working. There was a lot of talking and the flow of the orders is horrible. My sandwich sat for 20 min before they even made my tea. They work extremely slow!!!!!!! Someone in top management need to visit this location ASAP! There were several unhappy customers. Starbucks please fix this!!!

The ladies at this Starbucks care to get the drinks right and they don’t even want tips, just satisfaction knowing you love their creations! Best Starbucks in the area hands down!
