This location doesn't have the new "brew on demand" coffee machines yet, so coffee is never hot. There is allways new staff so they don't have things together as they should but they try. The decor and atmosphere are excellent and the place is very clean.

went in about two days ago and one of the cashiers had attitude with a customer.. she got the customers order wrong and refused to give her one of her drinks telling other baristas not to give it to her. everyone could hear her talking bad.. so unprofessional.. was hard to

I used to be an everyday customer at this Starbucks.However, yesterday I ordered my daily coffee as I was waiting for about 10 minutes and I asked what’s the wait time on my drink since I seen they are making mobile orders that were made after me. The Barista ignored me and went to the back. Then the other lady handed me a completely different drink than what I had ordered, started arguing with me and eventually gave me a refund. Extremely unprofessional!! No work ethic and no manners! and then I’m sure she lied saying she is the supervisor there which I highly doubt. Will never go back here again!

This is the second time that I order something one size and they give me a different size, the only difference is that this time they charged me for a trena and they gave me a venti. That's why I give one star and in the same way because actions like these tell me that it's definitely not worth spending your money for something that is expensive and in the end you don't get what you paid for.
