Why am I paying $6-7 for a drink that is 2-4 inches from being full? The photo isn’t anywhere near the worst one I received…it just happens to be the last one that I got from here. I can go to the Starbucks inside Giant or Target and they don’t do this. This happens every single time I get a latte from here. It’s ridiculous, and I personally don’t choose this location for this reason. I only get drinks here when someone else is getting it for me or someone I’m with wants to stop quick to pick up a drink. It’s very disappointing and should not be happening every time. I also shouldn’t have to go back and ask them to remake it. They are baristas…they have to know from the weight that the cup isn’t anywhere near full! I’m being nice and giving 2 stars instead of 1, since the drinks usually taste good.
While I’m here, I will say that whoever got paid to design the drive thru and parking situation should never have been employed by a company to do so. They clearly were not qualified. I’ve never seen anything more ridiculous in my 48 years on Earth.

I enjoy this location for the availability of tables for meetings or occasional alternate work location. Bonus the coffee is good and the staff is always so pleasant!

Okay I love starbucks will get it too much honestly, but this starbucks is my least favorite to go to and is unfortunately the most convenient with location. They are extremely slow. I have waited in this drive thru live with only 2 cars for at least 15 minutes before and when I get to the window my order is still not done even though I mobile ordered 10 minutes before I got there. There was one experience I mobile ordered and picked up in the store and while it was closer to closing I walked in it wasn’t ready so I took a seat and I watched 3 girls walk into the back and choose cleaning up tasks over making my refresher which is the easiest drink to make as a former starbucks worker at the giant. I haven’t been happy with the service at this starbucks at all since it opened. They are slow, probably because they decide they don’t want to make the drinks and half the time the order isn’t correct.

This is the slowest Starbucks. Nice workers, but extremely slow.

I ordered the Iced Lavender Cream Oatmilk Matcha about 4 times now and can I say what a waste. And from 2 different locations in Perkiomen Ave. I pay $6 and change for a Grande and I get a drop of the Lavender Cream. Nothing like the picture, not even close literally a drop. I wish they would let you upload a picture here so I can show you. What a great disappointment. Especially how expensive these drinks are! I actually found a way to post the picture!
