The lady flipped out on myself and my doordasher after holding my food hostage for 30 minutes because the poor driver accidentally caught her in the food picture. Hen she refused my order entirely. Don't trust this business. She was absolutely vile to myself and my driver over a simple accident. Will never eat here again.
The people who run this Andy and the woman, who I don’t know the name, charge people to use there bathroom, but I just saw them let someone use it without charge. Andy does not wash his hands either before prepping, they upcharge you on everything, and try to manipulate you to buy more. Subway would be disappointed. I have worked at subway too, in Grove City PA, this is terrible. Somebody do something ! I paid 12$ for a 6inch,drink, and chips. 12$!!!!!! This didn’t even fill me up .

I have been going to this subway for about 18 years and these last 1-2 years has been the best it's ever been ! The food is fresh and tasty , the place is clean ASF and the customer service is amazing! Better than Wyo and 5th St I must say !

If I could have given a review without a star I would. They have a saying, fool me once shame on you, fool me twice shame on me. My very first time going into this location I received horrible customer service and was spoken to crazy. So fast forward 2 years and nothing has changed. So two days ago I was on the strip and decided that I needed to get something to drink quick but as I was entering into the location, I realized I needed to use the bathroom and it was urgent. I told both the employees that I needed to use the bathroom and when I came out I was going to purchase a drink. I was being told that I needed to purchase a sandwich to use the bathroom. I was not hungry, I was thirsty. Needless to say I was not able to use the bathroom and I walked out disgusted and in disbelief. They will never get my money even if it was the last place on Earth to eat I'd rather starve.
