What a joke. You are supposed to get a free footlong when one us purchased through their app. The problem is you get a notice saying the restaurant is not accepting orders now.I will never eat here.

If I could leave zero stars I would. Came into the store right after placing an order online and asked the worker at the store that I came if because I want to tell them how I would like my sandwiches. She proceeded to make the sandwiches and totally dismissed me. And refused to find a way on how to resolve the issue did know how to help or refund me. Worst experience I have ever had at any subway or restaurant for that matter.

I order from this location 2 to 3 times a month and although the food is good they consistently will mess up my order whether it's adding an ingredient I didn't request, leaving out an ingredient I did request, or toasting my sandwich even though I requested DO NOT TOAST. I have even gone so far as to add special instructions and call the shop. Which seems to be your only chance of getting a correct order unless you go in person and watch vigilantly. I wouldn't advise ordering through the app unless you don't mind getting a surprise everytime you open the wrapper. Call me crazy but I just like to receive what I order.

It in the corner of the plaza had to go to door to see if they was open , needs more lighting put some music outside or something an please have atleast 2 workers there at night I know you trying to save a dime but not safe for one worker there at night ,it's not a bad place but it's just not cool for just one person to be there !!¡
