Rude employee I came in she was mopping they stay open till 9pm it was only 8:33 I ordered my food while she was slamming things down I felt rushed to order that I didn't get my food the way I wanted it I will not go there again. I use to go often

Went here 2 days in a row as I'm working nearby. First was a nasty meatball sandwich with nothing really in it and why is marinara sauce brown. Gave a second chance the next day and got a cheese steak with no meat in it and that damn brown marinara sauce. The guy was nice but the sandwiches were gross. Worst location I've ever been too.

Fast service when I went, employee was nice, sandwiches were good. Women’s bathroom had trash on floor and no changing table. Glad I have a toddler and can change the diaper standing if needed.

The app stole money from me.I'm not upset at the person who forgot my food but since she did I should get a refund for the things I never received. I was told they couldn't do anything about it since the app uses doordash for delivery. Very pissed that I can't call anyone from corporate. Very shady that you can't contact anyone if something like this bull crap happens.

If I could give 0 stars I would. I drove here on my lunch break to grab a sandwich. Was super hungry and ready to eat when I got back to work. Opened up the wrap and it was the customers in front me order.
Simple BLT compared to my chicken Bacon Ranch. I was a little upset so I called them and said you switched our sandwiches I would like a refund but no they said we need the wrong sandwich back to keep a count. I had already left for lunch and would have to go after work at 6 and I was hungry now. So now I had to eat something that I didn’t even order or be hungry until I leave for the day and I probably paid more for mine than what this one was worth. Not happy at all. You should do the right thing and refund my card not make me come back for your mistake. Poor business from you today.

Dirty nast place found hair in my food and my coupons are never honored also when I asked to speak to the manager I was told he doesn't speak to customer! Even tho he was in the back flirting with a girl that was clearly way to young for him. This place is a joke!!! Subway you lost a customer for life!! This place is nasty!!

Terrible service, they don't listen to the customer, I tell them what I want in the sandwich and they make everything I told them not to make like 4 times. Instead of making it new, what he did was take away things, me being allergic to some of them.

Placed an online order, get to the store and they say they don't have it. My card had a pending charge. So I decided to place another order. My original order total was like 36$, she tells me 62$ was my new total. How did my price double?? I refused to pay until it was fixed. She tells me there's no manager in the store and she's been alone all day. She's clearly frustrated and trying to leave. She made the sandwiches horribly. I don't blame her, I blame her managers for leaving her alone. Shifts should always have a manager on duty. Don't know how they got a 4.0 rating. Won't be back again and I definitely will be getting all my money back!!
