Stoped in, there was a girl also going in she held the door for me then I realized she works there she clocked in and just like that she turned around and said hey could I help you,she didn't even put her bag down or anything I even told her do you want to put your stuff away and she said nope I got you first, Now dammit that's what I'm talking about fricking customer service on point I complain about it all the time every were else but this girl here was on point so Devin thanks you made my evening and made me feel special and to you Hope you have a great Valentines Day 💝 By the way I was the one that said dammmm $34.00 for a12 pack but you now what they were Bangbang worth it.

Ordered a 12 pack of taco supremes through DoorDash No fire sauce like I ordered and no tomatoes or sour cream on half of the tacos very minimal beef also I got my money back though

Do not go here they have moldy food and when you call and complain, they get cocky, rude, and disrespectful. Stay away from this place go to any other fast food but here. Manager Diane or Kelly didn’t wanna give me their name so I had to call another employee to find out if this is the type of managers they hire that’s why they have moldy food now my wife has to go to the hospital thanks tacobell

My gf and I had a fantastic time at this location, great food, great service. This is my new favorite taco bell in reading pa.
Female on the phone was Rude. After THEY FORGOT to mark my door dash order ready she screamed that she had 4 screens open. My driver had been waiting well over 10 minutes at the restaurant, it wasn't until I called them that they marked the order ready and tried to act like it was already on the way.

Sitting in the drive-thru for 15 MINUTES from the time the order was placed until getting the food is a RIDICULOUS amount of time, especially considering it was not at all busy!!! DO NOT go here if you are on your lunch break or have somewhere to be! You WILL be getting back late!!!
