I put in a mobile order for 2 drinks and I waited inside for at least 15 minutes without anyone even greeting me. Finally an employee asked what i was waiting for and i told her "only 2 drinks" and she handed me the cups and walked away.

I feel like this Taco Bell always messes up your order someway or another. I placed my order, the staff was nice and when I get home I go to each my nachos and cheese and there’s literally like 4 maybe 5 chips in the bag. All of my chips were in the bottom of the bag as if they just threw them in. The sad part is that I even ordered 2 cups of cheese.

my first time at this location, the staff is very nice & pleasant. the 2 star isn’t for the customer service. It’s because they gave my online order to someone else, they remade it for me but when i got home, i was missing a couple of items from my order.

Food here is alright not bad but wouldnt really come here to eat normally, might sound weird but I'd recommend ordering late afternoon on door dash cause late night taco bell slaps for some reason and quote me on that.

ordered a beefy five layer burrito n it had a piece of lettuce inside it. The loaded nachos had rotten pieces of tomato’s.
I was picking up 2 Door Dashes this evening from this location. Upon my arrival I felt like I was going to pass out due to my blood sugar dropping. (I haven't eaten anything his 9am this morning.) I spoke with the cashier; Jacqueline, and I told her I was there to pick up 2 Door Dashes, but that my blood sugar was dropping. If I could quick order 2 tacos to try and regulate it? Jacqueline went above and beyond to expedite my order and was very compassionate! The manager should be very proud to have staff like that working for them!
