Taco Bell location. The wait time was wait time much longer than expected, and communication from staff was pretty minimal, which made the experience frustrating. I understand things get busy, but better communication and organization would’ve gone a long way. This visit just didn’t feel well-managed.

Food is good but i literally waited in the drive through for an HOUR. And i had a mobile order, isnt the point of the mobile order for it to get cooked before i get there and not for them to start cooking when i get in the 30 minute line??? They seriously gotta figure out the drive thru line its also a crazy long wait.

I tried… I really gave them a try actually 3. The 3 times were horrible. They are so rude. Like sooo rude. They don’t smile. If they get the order wrong (which they will) they give you attitude. If you want to change your hard shell to soft they change the whole thing and make you think you order wrong but they have terrible listening skills. I have never read the reviews but they are all true. The service is terrible. Enough to never go back. I like Taco Bell… but for this service I prefer paying the tacos a minute down… not worth it.

Time of visit - Saturday night 12/13 2025 - approx 5:45 pm ..*** My daughter is a huge Taco Bell fan and we always visit the Taco Bell in Wyomissing - But we were super excited for the new Taco Bell on Lancaster Pike… Absolutely horrible horrible… The other patrons are right about the food… The tacos stick to the paper… And This was my third time there and I am not impressed with the Customer Service at all… I asked for a small soda cup size of the nacho cheese…( filling it only 1/2 way - as seen on tik tok — Because the little tiny $.95 cups give you nothing… The Taco Bell in Wyomissing gladly prepares this for me and charges me $4.03 for the hot cheese sauce ( we get it 1/2 full ) - Tonight when I asked the worker for the same thing that the other store “happily “” sold me,… She looked at me like how dare I ask that question and when I told her that the Wyomissing Taco Bell sells it to me… She says very rudely “… Well… We are not Wyomissing..” . She was really nasty… She had very short hair WITH HAIR NET - looked about 20- early 30’s years of age - ACNE on her face- very UNKEMPT- getting smart with me… I am the customer and I was very very -nice so I was disgusted at her response to me. How dare her! I ended up purchasing an “extra” small cheese sauce, and they charged me $.95… When I got home, I didn’t even get the one I paid xtra for - !! So I expected to see two cheese sauces, and I only had the one! That girl definitely needs some training in Customer Service… I didn’t get any of my taco sauces and I almost drove away without my drink.! This is the third time I have given this store a chance and I absolutely will not go back.. I will drive the extra seven minutes to go to the Taco Bell by Walmart! Where the workers are always pleasant… Always fast… Never mess up my order and are always one point! Whoever is running this NEW CHAIN store you need to check your staff!!!!

I really liked my nacho fries the workers are nice and very pretty :) i loved my food so much the food had so much flavor and the person who wrapped my food did an amazing job it was very sleek i love it here i will be back everyday

Nice to have this fast food restaurant here in this location. Newly opened and well maintained as usual as other places. Service was excellent. Someone assisted us while being attending drive thru customers and helped us in placing the order. Kiosks are easy to access and place order. Order can be placed from kiosk and payment can be done using any card or cash. Cash payments has to happen personally as kiosk doesn't accept cash and only accepts card payment. We can check-in in kiosks using 4 digit pin from app installed on mobile so we get rewards for the orders.
Food is good as usual. Kids and all age groups love this food. It is healthy food as the ingredients were vegetables and meat. Meat can be swapped with chicken most of the items on menu.
Plenty of tables available to sit and enjoy the food. Tables were clean and properly arranged. Attracting lot of customers. Toddler chairs are also available just in case needed.
Plenty of parking available and it is free. Restrooms are available separately for men and women. Only one person can access the restroom at a time.
