The Wing Experience

I arrived shortly before my order pickup time of 6:10pm. I gave the hostess my name and said I have a to go order, the girl told me just a few more minutes I said no problem and took a seat. I sat there for over 30 MINUTES without anyone acknowledging me while the two girl hostesses stood there 5 feet from me just laughing and chatting having a good old time. Meanwhile my food was sitting there behind them for an unknown amount of time (enough time for it to get ice cold and my 3 sodas to be watered down to nothing) and when I got up to ask where my order was she asked me my name again and said “ohh.. we forgot… sorry” and handed me my things. I spent $100 dollars of my hard earned money here and that’s the kind of service I receive. Very unprofessional, unacceptable and at close to 7 o’clock at night and waiting there all that time what other choice do I have but to walk out and have to heat my now poor quality food up when I get home and eat it. A refund should be issued for my order for the absolute poor quality of service I received from your establishment and the hostess who stood there shooting the breeze with her friend should also be told about how unprofessional and unacceptable this was.

All the 5 star reviews are lies the food was horrible every meat that came the table was dry the salmon had a fresh aftertaste food was cold and the drinks had no alcohol taste.

I was at the reading location on Sunday March 2nd. our server spilled an entire coke on me. the manager offered me a free 8$ dessert..... and he didn't even come over to the table to offer it himself. the server said that is what she was told. i don't think ruing my white 50$ sweatshirt was equal to a $8 dessert but the manager never even came over to speak to us for me to voice my concern. I feel like at least my meal should have been compensated. The desert was awful as well to top it off.

Omg my waiter Ari was so sweeeetttt she was so kind she took out orders with the most respect she greeted everyone at the table. And to top it off she actually remember our order by heart.. I just had to let yall know who much we need waiters like her around who actually love and care for their customers thank u so much Ari see u soon

$11.50 for one shot extra on the side after you’ve ordered a margarita explain that to me?? I felt like I was raped.

Delicious food and great service. Crystal was the best! She handled our large party with grace and kindness!

Seriously. It doesn't get better than this for a chain for Ribs and Brisket. Cheesecake excellent, too. A bit pricey, though. But big portions. However, the Turkey... avoid it. Dry and tasteless. Take it off the menu!

Tonight I gave them a second chance and only because my son was paying for it. Awful again. No matter if you pick your food up or delivered not good at all. Their wings have no flavor at all and tried 2 different flavors with sauce on the side and on the wings. Fries taste like school lunch fries and not even warm. Best part of the meal was the lemonade and it was not delicious. Will not give a 3rd try.

We got take out here last week and was pleasantly surprised that on Wednesdays they have a BOGO pulled pork platter.

Wings tasted & looked like you grabbed the cheapest frozen wings from a grocery store and cooked them, then microwaved them after to keep them warm.
