Was questioning eating here based on Yelp reviews, but MAN am I glad we tried it! I had the crab legs and fries and my husband had the fish and chips. The fries were probably the best I’ve ever had! I have never had hand cut fries that were actually crispy all the way through. Delicious place to eat! Would DEFINITELY recommend!

Felt like an outsider. Been a few years since my last visit so I wanted to come back. Came in looking around aimlessly waiting to be addressed. Finally a lady came and said do you have a reservation. We replied no. She said have a seat at any of those two spots. So we sat she came dropped the menu and walked away no hello or can I get you a drink.
5 minutes later our waitress came. She got us our drinks and took our orders.
Sodas were flat. She than brought our food. Which was good. The fries were top tier. But she forgot to bring us our crap crackers for the seafood sampler we got so after a few minutes I addressed it. She also forgot our wet wipes!
To me it just felt like we’re weren’t welcomed there. Which sucked. I genuinely think they have good food. Priced well. Great parking lot. Just not a friendly vibe for us on this day.

We went on a Friday a little after peak hours. Many of the tables were reserved, but did not get used during our hour visit. The draft beer was fresh and the oysters were very good! The service was friendly and we had a typical wait time, although our waitress apologized for keeping us waiting (we didn't wait that long). The interior is cute and cozy. The only downside is the restroom. It is incredibly small.

We both had the deep fried oyster sandwich which was served on a delicious fresh hardroll. Problem is the put 4 small sized oysters on each of our sandwiches. For the price we were both very disappointed in it. It was all bread when biting into it. Fries were good and the service excellent. Very disappointing!

The servers were great. The meal was great too and reasonably priced. The dessert was delicious
It has a nice atmosphere and a substantial selection of beers.
Because I was alone I ate on the bar side.
There are other people here but I left them out of the picture 🖼️

While in Reading for a concert we stopped in for dinner. This is an old style pub with an Irish flair. The staff was very attentive and helpful. Food was very good. We enjoyed the crab cakes and the fish and chips. The prices were quite reasonable considering the food we had. Definitely worth checking out.
Cute place convenient parking across the street. Good food.

Very small location and requires reservations on a Saturday. We didn’t get a chance to visit since we had no reservations
Service was decent even for a few customers.
Love the built in England bar. Excellent staff.
Great food and love music!
What a great little pub. I had the crab cakes and fries, delicious! We shared the scotch eggs, so good. I'll definitely go again.
