I purchased a bag of Extra Dark pretzels at a store in Plainfield VT on my way back from a long work related trip. I also bought a small pizza which this store is known for great pies. I opened the bag to try the pretzels. 3 hours later I arrived home with an empty bag of pretzels and a completely untouched pizza! Darn these things are delicious!! I'm hooked!

We came here thinking there would be a large selection of pretzels to choose from, but were let down. The store is large, but its largely empty. We did purchase a few bags of pretzels which were decent overall, but not amazing. The cashier was kind and came out to give us some samples.

I realize I may be taking a great risk here and never finding this product again because everyone’s buying it off the shelves before I can blink an eye. But I like to share a good thing. Have you ever suddenly craved a pretzel, gone out of your way to find some and then afterward you felt let down? Me too. Then—it happened. I fell in love. I saw Splits in my grocery store and since I’m always on the prowl for great pretzels, thought I’d try them.

Not only are these pretzels sturdy, they are tasty and somehow—I don’t know how they do it—they are totally fulfilling. In fact, usually I can eat just one and feel satisfied.
And fresh tasting? Yes, you bet!

Have enjoyed the original Unique sourdough varieties for years. Now found their Craft Beer Pretzel Rings. They're habit forming like none other. Marked 'U' Kosher on the package; in this case, a shorthand for Unique 😁 ! Wonder if Boscov's, who's also based in Reading, would or could carry them ? All Excellent products !!
