I see people talking bad about this place, which I don't agree with them. It is a good, nice and clean place and the service deserves it, and if it is a place more for men than for women, it is obvious or else it would be decorated like Barbie or Dora the Explorer, it is what it is and the colors suit everyone's taste. It's very cool, I love it.
It can be tricky to find for folks not familiar with Reading. PLENTY of easy parking makes it worthwhile. Good food in a nice atmoshere. It's not what you expect--but you'll be glad you stopped in.
The pictures looked good and the reviews of the Pike even better and after our visit we are looking forward to a return trip the next time we are in town. It seems like a desolate area now with the historic 9th street outlet center leveled and we new the Pike Cafe was there, but didn't know what to expect. The Pike Cafe if a true diamond in the rough, with an attractive oval bar as you enter and a very pleasing dining area decorated very nicely. The have a huge menu as well...
