i had stopped in to the drive thru to get two takis meals today around 730 today and first the two chicken sandwich's weren't made properly then a young lady with a purple shirt working the drivethru at the time had handed me my 2 large lemondes one of them was filled all the way and the other was filled half way so upon me asking to get drink filled the way it supposed to be filled i was given a ugly look and she then proceeded to walk away with an attitude personally i understand you hate your job but no reason to react that way with a customer because i can promise you same way your company hired you your just as replaceable. cause i promised there someone out there doing your same job at a lower pay rate providing better hospitality then she has given me today. thank you for your time cause it would be better put to use in the unemployment line.

THE TAKIS MEAL IS OVERHYPED!!!
the sandwich is just buns, chicken, cheese, and a sprinkle of red 40. chicken tasted like shit. i felt genuinely sick. the takis fries were good tho, def get it. the cinnabon was disappointing, it was a cinnamon bun with a slight scoop of icing, looks nothing like the picture. the taste wasnt even good. this is my 2nd time getting wendys, honestly so shit. i do wanna try the frosty tho..

6/26/25 Food is good, but today service is extremely slow. Waited in the drive thru line forever to get my order and this place seemed very short staffed today.

Ordered three Dave's triples combo meals employee repeated it back to me when I got home I was given three doubles...not worth the three dollars and the hassle to take it back...should just check my order from now on.

The person who served me at the front was very friendly but the manager only insults the people who come and even more so if it is full... She is responsible for making the customer feel like they are in the way.
I have tried to give this location the benefit of the doubt because I have enjoyed Wendy's in the past. That said, the steady decline in quality over the last year or so has made it clear to me that this is the worst Wendy's I've ever been to. Orders are always wrong, even when printed correctly on the receipt. Food times will vary but are longer than I would expect. The convenience of its location does not make up for the low quality of food, venture at your own risk!

Disgraceful service. Placed small order took over an hour to make so my door dashers literally gave up and cancelled. I reordered and went to get and the manager refused to give me any food I paid for swearing about door dashers right in front of me. Ended up having to leave still charged 35 dollars for food I refused. Will be taking up with better business bureau this is illegal and insane treatment of customers. Never go here. Hoping to find some info on how to get in touch with corporate they need to hear about this.

This place has the rudest and most inattentive staff I’ve ever seen they will continue chatting while ignoring you are even there to 10 minutes later say they are not taking orders everyone in there looks like they haven’t showered in days and the place is as dirty as can be I would not recommend this place at all

I try to be an understanding, kind, and courteous person to those in the food service industry. However, the frequent negativity from many of the employees at this specific Wendy’s is impressive. My last two encounters included an employee not acknowledging me after waiting at the counter, extreme sass, and a manager arguing with me over BBQ sauce.
I made sure to check my bag after receiving my food it and went back inside with my receipt to ask for sauce. The manager told me everything was in the bag when it in fact was not. He went back and forth with me and the woman at the register multiple times. So very weird. I do hope sauce packets are not coming out of your paycheck.

Every time I order from here, pickup or delivery, something in my order is wrong... again, I asked for spicy nuggets and got regular. I called to speak to the manager on duty and calmly asked for the MOD, the employee said you'll have to call back later or tomorrow cuz we're closing, I said I understand that but..., and she hung up. No by no nothing.

Check your order before leaving, they have a tendency not to forfill your order correctly. It would be great if they wouldn't talk over the food.

Dropped in for a quick lunch during the bustling West Reading Fire & Spice Festival and service was quick without a hitch and the employees were very friendly and upbeat. My wife's chili and baked potato were very good and by $5 junior bacon cheeseburger biggie bag hit the spot. The French fries were hot and salty, nuggets solid and burger fine. The new Coca Cola Freestyle Sprite options were available, and the Sprite Pineapple was even better than expected. I got my $3 Free Frosty key fob and went for the always great chocolate Frosty. Great location on Penn Avenue in the heart of West Reading.
