Glad to have a Wendy's somewhat nearby since the one by my house and the one where I work closed down. I love Wendy's and grew up going there with my dad. Now 40 something years later it's still my favorite fast food burger. I've only been to this location once, but they got my order correct and everything tasted great.

Consistently has the slowest service I have ever seen at a fast food restaurant. Both drive-thru and dine in.

The little kid taking the order for drive thru literally mumbles, he doesn’t speak any certain language. Always missing items. Other employees act aggressively as stated in previous reviews. You work at Wendy’s, take it down a few.

They messed up my order. I ordered a double and I got a single. I came back, they gave me a double, and asked me to keep the single. I really can't complain about that!

Terrible service
Bad service, super slow to take the order and an hour to take my order and a lot of lack of professionalism, they need better training for the customer, it should be noted that the restaurant was empty when I arrived and only one car in the drive thru

Horrible service, very slow 1 hour, waiting to place my order I. Left, because I cannot wait anymore. Every time I come here, it's the same thing.
The worst Wendy's restaurant I've been to. The food sits, not hot and fresh and there's NO "QUALITY" as claimed via founder Dave Thomas. Please do better with greeting customers when they enter the restauran. Please coach your employees on how to deliver excellent customer service. I would give 0's if it were an option .

We literally waited 17 minutes in line then another 10 minutes for the food and someone got their food before us. Thats messed up.

Avoid this place if you want your order correct. Multiple times they have forgotten items and given wrong items entirely!! Tonight I ordered 4 sandwiches and if I didn't check the bag before leaving I would have realized they only gave 3. Got that corrected and went home only to see that they messed up 2 other burgers by giving us an entire wrong item and missing an extra patty that I paid for. 0/10 do not recommend
