Wendy is a terrible place to go I’m a dasher they give away my order to a person who didn’t show evidence that that was their order they couldn’t refund the money to the person who ordered. Bad attitude Wendy’s do better

Worst experience of my life at a fast food restaurant!! I went through the drive through last evening and the worker, shaylis taking the order was extremely rude and rushed me through my order. I ordered a value meal and wanted it to be large with a grape Fanta. I asked her after if she heard that the meal was large and she snapped at me. She most definitely did not hear it because my value meal was medium, but if that was my biggest complaint I wouldn’t be on here. When I pulled up to the window she tried to hand me an orange Fanta which I simply say “that was supposed to be grape” she huffed and said no you just Fanta. If I just said Fanta why would she just assume I wanted orange. Honestly it wasn’t that big of a deal to me but clearly it wasn’t to her. After she snapped at me she told me to pull into spot 1 to wait for my food. We waited 20 minutes, three other cars pulled in, got their food and left while I waited. FINALLY when the food was brought out the hot food was ice cold and the frosty was half melted so basically our food was held just to be ignorant. I reached out to the store and they didn’t care. I reached out to the franchise which once again they didn’t care not care. So basically if you go to Wendy’s their employees who make $15 an hour can treat you however they want, serve unsafe food and there are absolutely zero consequences for the bad behavior!!

Couldn’t try the new frosties (on their menu board) because they claimed they “only have chocolate,” then after paying for our food they told us they don’t have the Apple Pecan Salad we ordered and offered a Cobb Salad instead. We said no and, even though we paid on the card, they refunded us in cash…? Your drawer is going to be short tonight. Good job! Barely any chicken in my wraps. This was a pitiful experience and we won’t be returning.

Bro the girl who attended me and my buddy gave us wrong change. Girl can’t even count. Took her a good minute to count 94 cents. She gave me less than that and no I ain’t complaining about that but damn. Another girl was literally smoking weed and the whole place stinks and the food is dry and cold. 🤦🏻♂️CLOSE THIS PLACE DOWNNNN

So I ordered a small chilli, fries and a lemonade. And I got home to open the bag and there was an extra burger inside. I’m like cool. All good. Till I open it. And it literally has a bite taken out of it ! The most disgusting thing I seen ever

This place is terrible it’s almost hilarious I’m not sure if it’s the management or the staff but they constantly get orders wrong, are rude to customers, and lousy with compensation/ refunds. Don’t go here, It’s not worth the time, effort to go out of your way into Shillington which also sucks in general.

This Location is the SLOWEST ON THE PLANET. I regularly know it’s going to take forever . I run my own stopwatch now . It took me 11:min 58: seconds to receive my Order thru drive thru . Total time was 27.min 2 cars infront of me . FIX this Lancaster Ave, Molasses Speed restaurant. I’ve watched snails complete intercourse and it was faster than this experience

Not alone , the 2 females who work in the morning are very ignorant, they give attitudes , had me standing at the front counter for more then 20 minutes before they realized I was there , this place needs to get SHUT DOWN OR NEW EMPLOYEES
