Would leave ZERO starts if possible went to pick up a simple mobile order and waited from 11:40 until 12:17 for a chicken sandwich, baconator, fries and a double stack. They helped everyone after telling us to park and we had to go around for the third time just to get our COLD food after waiting 40 mins. I don’t expect much from fast food but 40 minutes is just rediculous.

Workers cursing loudly in frustration, the woman manager reeked of weed, restaurant was disgusting with food and trash everywhere, dirty tables and ripped chairs. Food took very long to come out. Soda was awful, tasted stale.

I was at the drive-thru and the employees just decided to not work anymore they're not taking orders and I went to the window to ask someone if they're open and somebody told the employee to walk away didn't even answer my question

Update:The place never gets better still it just gets worse. Made us wait for 15 extra minutes just to give us bad food again. The burgers were dry cold fries cold and drink was nasty. I ordered the Krabby patty meal and even the burger was made wrong. No ketchup or mustard. Alot of mayo like how you mess that up and why did it take so long for a meal just for it to be cold. No apologies given or a thank your have a nice day. Not asking for much but if we have to pay more for these crappy meals do better. This location honestly needs to be shut down and staff replaced.
The inside is empty but counters are dirty.The food tasted dry, fries were over salted, the soda tasted flat. The staff is no help and disrespectful. I reccomend going to another Wendy's or a different establishment. This place never gets better.

This was the most awful experience I’ve ever had with fast food and that’s saying something. I waited 10 minutes for cold fries and an even colder hamburger. I tried calling 4 times and no one answered. I can’t be more disgusted

Came for the 2 for 3$ and ordered from looking at the window. Which ! The only 2 sandwiches on the window come with sausage. So after I open my sandwich there's no sausage. I bring it back up to the guy and say how there's no sausage. And he said how I said I wanted egg and cheese and that's not true. I asked for sausage on it and he said that's not how it works. So I called him an asshole because this isn't what I ordered. He refused to correct the sandwich and just laughed. Even though it's 3$, I won't be back and I won't bring my clients back here either who eat here frequently.

Went on the weekend. The girl and guy at the front counter were very nice. Food was decent. I did have to wait for my burger but it was hot and fresh. ? Because I had to wait they made sure my fries were fresh too. It looks like their trying to do better. Good luck guys . Keep up the good work ?
