Tiffany was amazing! The store was clean for the first time I’ve ever seen at night. The soda machine syrup was actually replaced! She offered us complimentary stuff for our time inconveniences. She made sure our food was ok and asked us how it was. Please give her recognition and a raise, she cares more than any other employee I’ve ever met at Wingstop!

pedí a domicilio alitas y una hamburguesa, debían ser dos órdenes de papas pero me llegó una, llamé de nuevo para decir que me faltaba una orden, tal cual dice mi ticket y la señorita que atiende me hizo caso omiso y culpo al repartidor! después de decirle que ese repartidor era de mi total confianza, que siempre ha ido por mis pedidos jamás ha tomado nada, después de eso no me contestó en toda la llamada, fácil decidió ignorarnos!

We usually order from the Wingstop in Shillington PA and have no issues, however we were close to 5th street today so decided to pick up from there. We ordered 30 bone-in wings and were really disappointed. They weren’t cooked, slimy, skin was raw like in texture, insides still pink. Wings should be crispy and thoroughly cooked. We got home and I had to cook them in the air fryer to make them “safe”. Sauce also wasn’t up to par. Really a bad experience. Not sure if locations vary that much but would NOT recommend the location on 5th street in Reading PA.

Wingstop stole my money. I ordered dinner for pickup and the website somehow went back to the default location which was like 100miles from my house but I didn’t realize it until I hit submit payment and got the confirmation page. I IMMEDIATELY called the restaurant and spoke to the worker who confirmed that they did not even start cooking the food yet and that he would cancel the order, but yet he could not issue me a refund since I placed the order online I’d need to request it through there. I have not been able to get in contact with anyone who works from Wingstop. The only way to contact them is through a form on their page which I have submitted MULTIPLE times with NO RESPONSE from anyone and it has been WEEKS! I want and deserve my hard earned money back. Terrible customer service and thieves is what they are.

I placed order 6168777256 at 4:46 PM today it was supposed to have arrived at 5:10 PM when I saw the DoorDash text that it was being delivered by them. It showed the vehicle go in the opposite direction from my home and then stop, I called the number associated with the text seven times no answer. I contacted the store seven times no answer and that was the one at Knoxville Tennessee on Chapman Highway at 5:58 PM, I drove to the store. I walked in and asked to speak to a manager. I explained I hadn’t received my order and I would like a refund the employee standing beside the manager, stated The order was picked up. I showed my phone to the manager that it still had not been delivered because it was tracking, the employee then said I’m not lying. I said I’m not lying either and I told the manager I wanted a refund. I did not get my order. I said I also want your corporate phone number and the district manager‘s name, she copied my information down and said that I should get the refund in 4 to 5 business days again ask again for the corporate number and the district manager’s name she printed off a receipt with the only thing was the website. I have not had an issue ordering from this store before and I ordered it off of the app from Wingstop, I think it was very very inappropriate from the employee and the manager. I even told the manager I don’t think anyone would be happy with this. I only live three minutes behind the store in a subdivision. I am very, very displeased.

I love wing stop. I’m from Tennessee. I went in and got my favorite combo.
just to eat two pieces of chicken and throw up.
Not only did the sauce taste funny. The chicken is not cooked right or something. Idk. Strongly disagree eating here. They should be shut down.
