Bonkey's Ice Cream & Snoballs

Loved since we moved to PA in 2002, near the Stewartstown area, back when it was Summer’s. Young people, high school & college age, work there. They are very nice. When I order my milkshake extra thick, they listen. Soooo, yummy. Our kids, grandkids, my mom, and dog love it. Bubby always orders the Puppy Cup, even though he’s 12 now. Rita’s and Baskin Robbin’s are good, but nothing beats Bonkey’s.

I like the place and the ice cream. Nutella ice cream was my favorite for sure (sad I haven’t catch it again since then). The milkshakes are good too. Definitely recommend when going out with family and/or friends. Flavors are tasty!

I think this is the best ice cream in the area hands down. They have lots of options and the ice cream is so flavorful and creamy. I'm a self proclaimed consciour of orange pineapple ice cream. I deem Bonkey's has the best tasting orange pineapple around.

We used Bonkey’s for our wedding and would recommend it to anyone! Our guests were raving about the burnt sugar flavor. The staff was kind and professional and had the cutest set up.

Another great Bonkey's location! This one is easy to miss when you're driving through town, but it's worth looking for. I recommend Mocha Joe and Cookie Monster.

I tried this place 2 times and both times I got a jumbo egg custard snowball with vanilla icecream on the bottom and marshmallow on top. Both times the shaved ice had barely any syrup in it and the top inch of the ice was still clear. I paid a good amount for the icecream and marshmallow and they gave me less then a tsp of each both times.
