This restaurant had been recommended for lunch on a Sunday. in April. My husband and I were immediately seated, we both ordered the Fish & Chips, and it was excellent as were the chips that were a cross between a potato chip and a fry, the coleslaw was awesome too! Two cons, the hanging plastic plants made the ambiance look very dirty and dated to me. There is no way those high hanging plants get cleaned. The service was very professional and swift. We were told they don't take American Express, for that reason alone we won't return, there are too many other restaurants that do take it so we may get our points. That is unfortunate for The Great American Saloon.

Conspirator Kindness
This is an above average Steakhouse with a number of fun and interesting food options especially in the appetizer section. They've recently changed the brussel sprout recipe and I think it's fantastic. Not well known is that they also have an unusual happy hour which is Friday and Saturday evenings from 9:00 till 10:00 with half price drinks and half price advertisers at the bar. There's usually plenty of room to sit but in the warmer months it can tend to be a bit crowded. Well established restaurant that manages to keep their staff which is a good sign.
This is a go to if you want some upscale food without a super expensive upscale price to go with it. Everything on the menu is good. The service is great and the atmosphere is pretty cool with all of the wild animal mounts.

The service was amazing and so was our server Jendayla. She was knowledgeable about everything and always knew when we needed a refill instead of waiting. The food was delicious and I will be back just to have Jendayla as my server. She deserves a Big Raise ☺️ Don’t get rid of her!!!

We always have great food and service here! Tonight we celebrated my boyfriend’s birthday with a party of 25 and Kristin was extremely accommodating. Our server Makayla was great and everyone enjoyed their food and drinks.
Service was great and our waitress was amazing. The food was good and we had a good time. We liked the taxidermy on the walls.

Steak was over half grissle waitress also saw this , nachos came out very little cheese and burned and only half of what normally get and was charged almost 14.00 for them but menu has different price., we loved this place but last couple times food is horrible burned or fat. For my 200.00 for 4 people you would think food would be better.

One of our favorite restaurants. Came out Saturday evening, my husband and I ordered our regulars, crab cakes & chicken monterey. Neither were up to par, at all! My entire meal was over cooked, even the glazed carrots and baked pinneapple!! When we saw the crab cakes, they looked like biscuits. Sure enough, lots of filler! Never were like that before! Then to top it off, the prices took quite a jump. We will be back, but I hope things get back to the reasons we loved it so much.
