We found this place because we saw a sign on the highway. We are southern people, and are some what skeptical of places like this, that claim to be homemade and such, but this place was AMAZING. The food was outstanding, and the service was top-notch. We stopped again on the way back through. Great place, great foo. This will be our go to everytime we pass through the area.
Overall it wasn't a bad experience. The staff were very friendly and busy with topping things up as it was near the end of their day. They attended to us well enough.The food was pretty good. My husband loved his pancakes, said the scrapple was decent (could have been fried a touch more, but he likes his crispy) and my roast turkey sandwich w/fries and gravy were okay. My family stopped for brunch. Don't expect drink refills. We enjoyed the eggs Benedict and the pumpkin cream cheese stuffed french toast. What is labelled as a skillet is more a frittata. The prices are great!
