We came here for the first time tonight! We saw so many great photos of this place on Facebook so we had to try it out. PHENOMENAL!! They have a huge menu with so many choices. Prices are absolutely great. Service was amazing. We will definitely be back!!

The pizza is a disgusting mess. Like stated before the menu is too large. They should make a few great sandwiches and if they want to make pizza they should try their own pizza because it is a greasy wet disgusting mess.

Such an amazing place!!! Excellent service, a lot of fun for my kids to see the various candies and such along the walls, and the food is delicious!! They have essentially a Bananas Foster French Toast, which is as absolutely amazing as it sounds!!!

Here’s the thing. The owner can indeed cook. And bake for that matter. BUT… the menu is too big, so it just wasn’t great. Any successful restaurant owner knows that a huge menu is a red flag, as you can’t dedicate the time and preparation needed for every single item to make each thing great. This place was no exception. It took an hour and a half for our food. They brought out each food item out separately, with at least 15 minutes between each meal served. So we all watched each other eat. My 5 year old was laying her head down on table after 50 minutes of waiting and watching others eat. And we were the only customers there. She said she makes her own sauces. Great. But if you can’t pre-make those to an extent so that they don’t take an hour to make each one, then you’re doing it wrong. If she would focus on having everything ready to go for JUST 20 items or so, she’d be golden. But how do you have everything ready to make 100 different things? You don’t. From one restaurant worker to another, take my advice and pick your favorite items that you know will sell, and go from there. Maybe focus on the bakery/ice cream parlor side with some basic lunch items? The whole restaurant/bakery/café/candy shop/ice cream parlor is an overwhelming mix of Italian/American/Mexican/Japanese items. I love the candy, love the ice cream, but frankly you’re doing too much.
Kid-friendliness: Kid friendliness for the candy and ice cream part, not for dining in. They would never have the patience for how long it takes.

Stumbled across Charmed Kitchen and Bakery on our way through PA, such an awesome place, great food, kind staff, so many things on their shelves!! The pickle fritters were awesome, the meat lovers pizza was amazing and the sweet and spicy chicken sandwich was delicious!! Wish it wasn’t 3.5 hours from home!
