Stopped at Jim's Soft Pretzels today at 2:30 to pick up a few pretzels for an event. The employee at Jim's was at the table handling pretzels without a mask. When addressing this, he said his mask was on the other side of the room. I would think that if a facility was going to open during an ongoing Pandemic, that there should be safety precautions in place to protect the consumer. Nothing purchased, not recommended.

Stopped in this morning with my family, ordered some hot dog pretzels and the 13 regular pretzel bag, the guy gave us 2 extra pretzels, no extra charge, we appreciate that, Thank you! Very tasty!

This is this by far the pretzel ever. If you have memories of driving to the shore and picking up pretzels dro. The street guy this is the place! ( obviously with clean hands) Minis, everything, pretzel dogs) keep it open!!!!!

It was great except for the fact that I had to wait to be served while the guy put more and more pretzels into the oven that's including two other customers I think that's poor service he doesn't speak English very well so I hope whoever Reese fires that guy

Not only was the current manager rude, disrespectful and without using the word liar he called me one - 86 of the pretzels on my 200 tray were so burnt they were inedible. Rudeness, NO customer service ( not even poor customer service this was so beyond) and poor qualiry- i walked out letting him know i will never be back. I purchase trays often. Philly pretzel has my business forever. ( ps my husband called to express his concerns and this family member manager was equally rude to him).
