As always, the water ice is very good and I never have any complaints. Whether it's a small or large, it's always served packed well over top of the cup so you actually get more in your serving than you would think you were getting. There is only one problem which prevents this place from getting a five star. When you pay with a card, the electronic kiosk does not give you an option for no tip. 18% 20% 25% 40%, if you don't want to tip, you have to go to a completely different...read full review

Great service and Kay is exceptional! She labeled all my quarts so I didn’t have to guess and was super friendly!
