Carmen and Andrew rock! They designed these heart shaped pretzels for my son’s wedding. They even offered to deliver to the reception so the pretzels would still be fresh for guests at the end of the night. What customer service! They went above and beyond and it was much appreciated.

Warm pretzels. Happy workers. Great prices. A Philly staple, always on the list when visiting from out of town.

Such a cool store, and YUM the pretzels filled my salty craving. Staff was so nice. I wish more stores treated their customers like this one!

This was our go to place when it was Jim's. Apparently they sold the store when they went to Philly franchise. After that the service went in the toilet and the prices went thru the roof.

My husband had martini pretzels made for my 30th birthday party and I loved them so much! This detail was a huge hit with my guests. Thank you to the Richboro Pretzel Factory Team that made this possible!

A little upset with what I found in the cheese wizard. Found a piece of plastic inside cheese wiz, luckily I caught it before my kid put it in his mouth. I will not be going back to this location

Young staff under 18 for the most part for sales, good pork roll pretzel and hot dog pretzel, prices are good. It's a pretzel joint so it's pretty clean right.

A little bummed with the customer service. Ordered a bucket of nuggets about 30 minutes prior to closing I got home and the pretzels were inedible. My kids couldn't even bite into them. They were hard as a rock. The next day my husband went in to let them know, and the kid behind the counter threw five nuggets in a brown paper bag and said sorry about that.
