We have been coming to UVA for over 10 years. Always come to celebrate events or holidays. Food and service always 100 percent +. Wonderful atmosphere, Love the owners and their fabulous servers. Always have a great meal!
Last week was the first time I had ever been to Uva Ristorante Italiano in Richboro for dinner. Even though it was a Friday night, the hostess seated us immediately upon entering the restaurant. Their menu features a wide variety of pasta and Italian dishes, as well as delicious seafood. Our server guided us through the menu, including their Specials. We started out with a few appetizers. The Antipasta and Bruschetta were delicious and everything was fresh. The Zabaglione Salad...
Service good, but not ambitious. Food only average and disappointing, being on the costly side. The veal pieces in one entree were tough. The risotto was undercooked. Crab meat almost undetectable in the veal valentine. Being unimpressed, I will not return.
