Ordered a town square pizza for take out, was told it wuld take 25 mins, when we went to pick up it was not ready so we payed for it and waited, was told it wuld only b 5 more mins, we waited at least 10 minutes and was asked several times what our order was and after kindly telling them several times what we ordered we began to question what we actually payed for, the owner got very aggressive and argumentative with us as we where a little confused about what the issue was and what the price was for what we ordered becuz the menu and prices on their website was different from what we payed for. Which I did not care about the price really I just wanted to be sure we payed for what we ordered as they had no idea what we actually ordered. After trying to avoid conflict with owner she continued to be very rude and I finally asked if our order was ready and it actually was she was holding it behind the register as she argued and had conflict with us. I asked for our pizza so we culd plz leave and she continued to be rude and hold us there to argue over a new menu she offered me but I declined it twice as I'm not sure I ever want to go back after that very uncomfortable and unnecessary experience.

Food is good and decent prices but tell me WHY every time I call I get hung up on at least twice before I can order? When I call back I get attitude and no apology. Worst customer service I have ever seen!

Absolutely abhorrent treatment from a staff member on the phone. She was rude and ignorant to my mother. It was never like this when it was Randolphs. There is no cause to treat persons over a certain age like they’re stupid.

Our entire order was wrong. Wrong toppings combinations on the 3 pizzas that we ordered. Pizza dough was still raw on two of the pizzas.
My friend worked there. Had to pay child support and on every pay stub m and ms showed the “deduction” of money they took out of their check that supposedly was being sent to domestic relations for child support. Turns out they were pocketing it. Domestic relations told my friend that Michelle refused to send checks out to them and that if she knew my friend needed to pay child support she would have never hired them. And Michelle lied right to my friends face claiming she was sending out money when she wasn’t. She only sent some out after my friend threatened their attorney and domestic relations themselves told her she wasn’t allowed to do that and it’s illegal. Not to mention the kitchen is filthy and they don’t clean right. Andddd they gave my friend a dirty rag that they used to clean the table they made food on with fresh stains on it to go out and clean the tables that customers sat at. And the other employees there are super disrespectful. Absolutely unprofessional lol

The staff are all teenagers (not a problem) but they don’t wipe tables and counters down with clean rags. They use the rags from when they are done making and they rarely clean off the counter used to prep the food they make. They leave dishes in the sink to “soak” over night as well as mistreatment of their staff. They are just a major health hazard. They should be shut down already Im so sorry to anyone that has eaten here recently?

Never ate there but when I saw the sandwich you made and the customer ask for extra mayonnaise you don't put a half gallon on mayonnaise on the sandwich.
