I been waiting for almost an hour for my food, and they didn't call it out or put it on the counter. I order in store and they put it in the Mobile Order area, my food is now cold.

This place is ran by a bunch of teenagers who don't care if what you ordered is what you get or not yes during the day what you ordered will be good because there's a manager there to make sure it done right .. but after they leave the teenagers do what they want I once ordered a extra large coffee on the app ordered it on my way to get it I got there walked in to get it because the drive thru is a different story and the coffee was cold barely warm I said to 16 year old excuse me this coffee is cold!! She replied with well we make it as soon as you order it there's nothing we can do about how long it takes you to pick it up !! And she was snobby about it. I looked at my phone to see the time I ordered it and was like 7 min it got cold in 7 min can you please remake it ... she wasn't happy ... a couple days later the same girl made 3 coffees for me they were hot to hot to drink I got home they were watered down ... I tired calling the store on my way there wast of gas but they don't care ... they answer after about 10 rings ibasked for a manager can you hold waited for a couple min heard giggling they got hung up on .. I pulled in took all 3 nasty coffees in the store asked for a manager the girl says half giggling there really isn't one here ... ok look these coffees are nasty watered down to I can't drink them can you remake them ...? I know I had a tone in my voice I was pissed but I didn't cus i didn't call them names . Fast forward 2 3 months countless bad coffees later to much cream in understand stuff happens so I asked the morning girl for a small black coffee to fix it I said there's a little to much cream in it the lady freaked all I do is push a button.. im a smart asz I said maybe you pushed the wrong one no biggie no if it says 4 I push 4 .. it was 3 .. I didn't say that I walked away .. talked to the manager the next day she said there cream machine needed calibrated oh ok no biggie same thing all week that Saturday the manager says to me James blah blah blah im sorry I can't hear you im gonna ask you not to come back I don't like how you talk to my employees what huh ibdont talk to anyone ... oh you mean your tired of me spending 100 bucks a week and complaining about how bad the coffee is your lose ... needles to say im much happier making coffee at home I bought a gibson les paul from them money I saved on dunkin nasty coffee ... in 3 months.. it's sad really I didn't want to interact with anyone that's why I ordered on the app and walked in to pick it up .. but since they don't care if it's right or not ... I went to the dunkin In Altoona for years spending the sa.e amount and never had a bad coffee of a bad experience just saying ... the owners don't care .. letting 3 or 4 teenagers run the store instead of paying a manager to be there till 6 or 7 ... because they close at 6 or 7 they didn't only lose my business they lost my girlfriends business... sorry it's the truth I do believe the managers do the best they can with what they have to work with ...

If I could give 0 stars I would. I have been to this roaring spring location several times trying to give the benefit of the doubt but every single time I have been here I have been disappointed. My order has NEVER been right, and it’s a simple order, I only ever order donut holes lol. they never have the donuts I ask for and they are popular flavors. Every time I order a dozen donut holes I never get 12. I usually get 10. Last I checked 12 is a dozen. 🤔. Employees are rude. I never leave bad reviews but since they have been there a while now, I gave them a chance to get into the groove of things but it’s been a disappointment since they opened. I hope they close and something better gets put in there.

I’ve been to this Dunkin maybe four times since it opened, and only one of those visits was a positive one. In the last few months I went three times and it was terrible. I went back in June for Free Donut Day, only to get told they were entirely out of donuts. They offered to give me a free donut voucher for my next visit, but when they came back to the window they said they were out of vouchers!
Then last week my boyfriend and I stopped to get one of their spider donuts, only to be told they were out. We tried the next day, told the same thing. And then today we were going to go get the cookie batter donut, and guess what? Out of that too.
I don’t know who is responsible for keeping this Dunkin stocked, but someone needs to do better. We won’t be coming back to this location.

This location is awful. Order, pull up pay, get to the pickup and told "we dont have said item, and we cant do a refund" order a coffie and receive a cup of milk. Order a specialty donut receive a plain donut. This place is pathetic and needs better management. This isnt a one time occurrence either. Its EVERY SINGLE TIME. If i could give 0 stars i would

I ordered my Halloween bucket with munchkins on 10/16 online. I went through the drive thru at the Roaring Spring location and was told that they were out of both things, but if I came back tomorrow (10/17) they could fulfill my order. I went back on 10/17, pulled into the drive thru at 7:43, got to the window at 7:53 and FINALLY was given my order at 8:08. The people behind me in line were leaving, without their orders, because of the long wait.

Ordered over 20 dollars worth of doughnuts get to the drive-through was told to pull to the second window get there they come to tell me they have no donuts and call customer service to get my money back. Customer service said there’s nothing we can do. TURN OFF MOBILE ordering if you have no doughnuts wouldn’t even give me a receipt
