The last two times I've ordered pizza from here I've picked it up and it's cold and it's not cooked through entirely. I've had to put it back in the oven when I get home to finish cooking. There's too many other mom and pop shops around that are much better.

Melissa is the rudest person working there while she was making my 100 dollar online order I showed up 10 minutes earlier her not knowing that I placed the order she was whining and complaining about ever topping on my pizzas an every thing about the order so loud that everyone in the place heard her ... the most disrespectful person ...

If I could give it no stars I would! I am a mother of 4 and with baseball season in I ordered delivery paid the fee plus $8 tip to drive 9 minutes away. I placed the order and then get a call saying they donāt deliver to our address when I have a receipt from them delivering to our house 2 weeks ago!! Lazy and bad customer service! š”

We have ordered pizza from this location several times since theyāve been open and we have never had a problem. The food has always been delivered on time and pizza is still hot when it arrives. Weāve never had an issue with there being too much sauce. As far as deliveries and forgetting to bring drinks or other food, they use door dash for some of their deliveries so thatās not a problem with Pizza Hut. Itās a door dash issue. Weāve ordered from the pizza shops around here and weāve experienced cold pizza and the driver forgetting our drinks. And we live close to the pizza shop that we were using so thereās really no reason our pizza should be cold. So that can happen with any delivery. I donāt think pizza hut should have a bad rap based on a few bad experiences.

I have ordered 3 times each time the food was 45-1hr late past when they said it would be delivered and this last time I ordered 1hr and 15 mins in advance and it was still 45 minutes late and the food was ice cold ohhh and Iāve been on hold for over 20 mins trying to get a refund
