Paraiso Rosel Restaurante Mexicano

We stumbled upon this little place and were blown away. We live approximately one hour away and we will be making that trip in the future just to eat here. The food is incredible- fresh, authentic, flavorful. Wonderful and attentive service. Definitely the best Mexican restaurant I've ever been to.

My fiancé and I were craving Mexican food and wanted to try a local place rather than a chain. We both had the Santa Fe Burrito. Him the chipotle chicken and me the Al pastor. Both meats/burritos were delicious. The rice was fluffy and tasty. The salsa verde and chips were delicious too. Looking forward to going back.

I absolutely love the food when I come, as well as the atmosphere! I've stepped out of what I know and tried their Sopes, delicious. So are the Birria tacos! And the verde sauce is ALWAYS perfect. Love the energy of those working here as well as the food. I've driven from jim Thorpe to here just because of how good the food is!

They have THE best food! I ordered from DoorDash the first time and everything came as ordered. We dined in on another occasion and it was just as good! Truly authentic Mexican food! I will be back as often as I can!

Man oh man!!! This is now our go to place for great Mexican food! The Birria Tacos is the bomb! The dipping sauce, the hot sauce and the green sauce is awesome! Only problem is, the 3 Tacos was just enough to piss me off! LOL! I could have eaten 3 more!

Had the pleasure of trying this for the first time today. It didn’t last long enough to take photos. Everything was absolutely exceptional. I got everything to go and the aroma that filled my car was a foreshadowing to what I was about to experience. A true local gem with authentic flavors and friendly faces. If you haven’t tried it yet I suggest you not wait a second longer. They’ve secured a lifetime customer in me. I highly recommend.
