What a gem of a bakery. So many amazing things to choose from, all very fresh and delicious. We love the apple strudel, the lady locks, the butter cake and of course the danishes. I ordered a Black Forest cake for my 50th birthday and it did not disappoint. I’m so happy to have found you and look forward to having your baked goods at many more occasions!

Update: The best part is when my mom called about the cake the male owner/manger yelled at her for this review and told her he refused to speak with her unless this review would be removed. We were not asking for a refund but simply to let them know how disappointed we were. I think he should be more concerned with properly training his employees and having better quality products. Just shows how unprofessional and rude they are.
Order a cake for my grandmoms 80th birthday and told them I need the cake for 10 people. Price was never a concern we just wanted a nice cake for everyone to enjoy. Picked up the cake today and it was so tiny could feed about five people. On their website it states that cakes are two layers but this was only a one layer cake. I am so embarrassed to present this cake to my guests. Cake was extremely dry and tasteless as if you were eating stale bread. Last time I had ordered a cake it was very expensive and very dry/stale as well. I thought to give them another chance but unfortunately they disappointed once again. This will be my last time ever purchasing from the danish bakers.

Beware: This is not the bakery it once was 25 years ago! The staff are rude and inconsiderate and non-caring towards their valued customers. The food quality is nothing like it was years ago. Everything is pre-made and pre-packaged in plastic containers. They will put everything together in one box mixing powdered and icing melting together in a wet sticky box of disgustingness. The cookies were stale and awful tasting, they used to be amazing. There famous sticky buns, which use to be amazing, weren't fresh! Also, they are ridiculously over-priced. I will never be back again. They should be ashamed of themselves for treating their customers disrespectfully, after years of supporting them in the community, it's completely inexcusable! Avoid this place like the Plague. Have a Blessed day...

They lost my Christmas order and don’t have any available options for me. But what’s worse is how incredibly rude and nasty the woman was as I remained calm and polite. It’s obvious one order doesn’t matter to them since they are so busy. The woman literally walked away from me as I was talking and she called for “next in line”. So guess I was dismissed before I could even order from the showcase. 😡

I ordered a half sheet cake with personalized writing and colors. They did a spectacular job with the decorations and colors. It was a tad over baked but probably one of the best cakes I've ever had. The icing was ridiculously good (it's a good thing there's no nutritional information that comes with it 😂). I would definitely give this a total of 5 stars but, the one downside is price. At $75 it's a little steep. I've had comparable ones (but not as good) for half the price. So if you're looking for quality, this is the place. If you want economy, then maybe elsewhere. That said, I will be a returning customer.

Not ever what you would expect when you purchase two donuts for $7. Jelly donuts no jelly. Creme donuts and no creme. Ridiculous when you’ve traveled from the Lehigh Valley to visit Rieker’s to purchase their wonderful products. Expensive bakery fine! But not when receive nothing that’s advertised. Not worth it! Never ever again! Think about? Or, they’ll never change.
