Wow… this place was absolutely worth the drive from the hotel in Somerset.
I went with the 8oz filet, chimichurri, and the jalapeño au gratin—and it did not disappoint. The steak had a great crust and was cooked perfectly, the chimichurri added a fresh pop of flavor, and that au gratin had just the right amount of heat.
The atmosphere really sets it apart too. Warm, inviting, and perfect for a date night or just getting out with friends.

Fabulous place. Excellent food. Excellent service. A real treat. If you want a dining experience you will be talking about well after you leave, this is the place. Make sure to try the carrot cake!

The ambience and view at the place are extraordinary. The atmosphere is warm, inviting and perfect for a date night or just getting out with friends. The drink selection, apps and main course are exceptional and the chef does an awesome job on everything. The burgers are excellent, the beef comes from a local farm and is fresh. The 8oz filet with chimichurri and jalapeño au gratin has a great crust, fresh pop of flavor and just the right amount of heat. The skillet cookie for dessert and the carrot cake are real treats. Service is attentive, polished and friendly, with water glasses full and drinks flowing. The spot is highly recommended for a special occasion, an event or just a lunch. It is a fabulous place that will make anyone want to come back again.
