Bespoke Brewing is a popular spot for delicious food and great beer. The menu offers options for vegan, vegetarian, and gluten-free diets, and the staff is attentive, helpful, and super-friendly. The soft pretzels are super buttery and garlicky, and the Bavarian pretzel logs are excellent. Other popular items include the curry dish, hot chicken sandwich, cheeseburger, and macaroni and cheese. The dry-rubbed, jerked wings are good and excellent with a perfect outer crunch. Mama's beans are outstanding. The brewery is located in a lively area near the heart of the train museums with many fun activities nearby. The atmosphere is clean and cozy, not dark, and suitable for families. Customers enjoy the wide selection of beers, including a stout with Wilbur buds, a superb Hopshot IPA, and an awesome nitro fruit beer. The place is open even on Mondays. It’s a casual, family-centered brewery that offers quality, fresh, and homemade food, with some dishes like sweet potato tots and mac and cheese that are surprisingly filling and light. The venue is accessible for wheelchair users with bathrooms nearby, though space between tables can be tight.
