Good, varied menu. Food was very good, served quickly. It's a nice setting: restored railroad car, with pleasant views of the corn fields.

Went here for the first time. I and my wife got a breakfast. It was delicious. Tried scrapple for the first time and it was great! The atmosphere is also great. You’re sitting in the train car. The place is clean and staff is super friendly. Will definitely come back when we are in Lancaster.

This is a great restaurant with an awesome railroad theme. Yes, your actually dining in an old railroad car. The service was very friendly, hospitable and attentive. The food was also very delicious with that Amish home cooking flavor. They also provide other amenities around the restaurant, such as buggy rides and petting pen.
FYI. Seating is limited.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ A Hidden Gem Worth Every Bite! As a Lancaster native, I can confidently say Casey Jones Restaurant has officially earned a permanent spot on our list of local favorites! From the moment we walked in, the experience was nothing short of exceptional. The quality of the food was absolutely impeccable — every bite was fresh, flavorful, and clearly crafted with care. What truly elevated our visit was the incredible service by Braighton L. — personable, attentive, and genuinely friendly. Braighton made us feel right at home and brought an energy to the table that made the whole dining experience even more enjoyable. To top it all off, the prices were surprisingly reasonable considering the high-end quality of both the food and service. It’s rare to find a spot that hits the mark across the board like this. We’ll absolutely be back — and next time, we’re bringing friends and family to share this amazing gem. If you haven’t tried Casey Jones yet, do yourself a favor and go. You won’t be disappointed!

We had a party of 5 & had to split into 2 tables as this is a train car & tables hold 4, but that was fine.
Was a great experience with friendly folk!
Fun place for food. Wonderful view with buggies passing frequently.
Went for brunch. Food was delicious. Service was great.
Unique experience eating in a train car. Food and service were both mediocre. It’s cool to look around but unless you’re really desperate for food I’d skip the restaurant.
Shepherds pie was a large portion but very tasty. Kids Mac n Cheese looked like a Kraft packet.
