Why are you guys using yellow 5 and 6 in your Chocolate Chip Cookies? You do realize they are a carcinogen and create hyperactivity and children? My family thought eating from a local farm would be safe.Examples of what I’m talking about.I’m disgusted……Researchers concluded that since the cells of the gastrointestinal tract are exposed directly to yellow 5, these cells may be more likely to develop cancerRed 3 causes cancer in animals, and there is evidence that several other dyes also are carcinogenic. Three dyes (Red 40, Yellow 5, and Yellow 6) have been found to be contaminated with benzidine or other carcinogens.

Corner Crest Bakery has some of the most delicious pies in Lancaster County!!! Other bakeries pies don't hold a candle to Corner Crest Bakery. Their bread also is amazing, I've never had Spelt Bread better.
