Katie's Kitchen Reviews
We visited for breakfast this morning. Scrambled eggs, rye toast, raisin toast, bacon, creamed beef, potatoes, and baked oatmeal with apples & raisins. Everything was delicious & every plate/bowl was emptied. We'll be visiting again on our next trip! Highly recommend!
The employees are all very kind and professional, and the food is great!
We visited Katie’s kitchen for the first time today. The food was absolutely delicious! The service was prompt and friendly.
When you visit, don’t forget to try the complimentary homemade strawberry jam!
We will definitely be back!

Katie's Kitchen is a small restaurant that does not take reservations but is certainly worth the wait. The food is always hot, freshly cooked, and served in large portions, making it a go-to place for anyone looking for good food. Breakfast options are plentiful and delicious, featuring items like scrambled eggs, bacon, and baked oatmeal with apples & raisins. The grilled cheese sandwich, made with a tomato, is a nostalgic favorite for many diners. Lunch options such as the BBQ cheddar burger, BLT, meatloaf, and roast beef are highly praised. While the rolls may be served cold, the Amish-style kitchen and hardworking staff compensate for it. The service is exceptional, with friendly and caring staff providing quick and welcoming service. Homemade items like strawberry jelly and peanut butter spread are highlights at the table. The atmosphere is spotless and spacious, making it a comfortable dining experience. Due to the large crowds, it is not uncommon to wait about 30 minutes for a table. Katie's Kitchen offers a taste of authentic Amish cuisine that leaves a lasting impression, ensuring diners look forward to their next visit.
