Unfortunately the good service and atmosphere got overshadowed by how expensive the food was and the quality of the food. Bland.

Cody was above and Beyond my Niece graduating the 8th grade and she wanted to come here to eat our service was phenomenal drinks always refilled and hot food and appetizers. My niece had a big smile when she got her oreo Cheesecake.my sisters and I was so greatly over joyed with his service and attention Thank you Cody we had a blast.

We got sat and then was ignored for 17 minutes. Several members of the staff walked right past us as we were close to a serving station and no one helped us. We had to leave, because clearly no one wanted to wait on us.

Waited a good 15 minutes just to get out drink order. At 1130 btw not dinner time. Way overrated and overpriced. $18 for a chicken sandwich and fries? $20 for a hamburger and fries? $24 for a pasta dish that barely had any chicken on it. Atmosphere is entirely too noisy. Taking advantage of people charging premium prices for mediocre food.

Looking to have a birthday celebration for the first time in years, I turned towards the Ross Park Cheesecake Factory. I called a month ahead so I could help prepare and make sure it was even possible to support a large party like mine, and the manager Chris was super supportive and helpful from the get go! I called again a few days before I was coming to confirm numbers, and Chris and team assured all was well and they were ready. And they were! Chris and the waitresses that supported us were so kind, prepared and organized. They made it such a fantastic experience all around and I am so grateful for their excellence! Food, atmosphere and service were absolutely amazing!

The food is good. A bit pricey, especially for a slice of cheesecake. Service is slow and 9 times out of 10 there's a 20+ minute wait.
Parking: The parking is in the mall parking lot. Usually a decent amount of parking spots.
