The food is good. A bit pricey, especially for a slice of cheesecake. Service is slow and 9 times out of 10 there's a 20+ minute wait.

Parking: The parking is in the mall parking lot. Usually a decent amount of parking spots.

Kid-friendliness: This is definitely a kid friendly place to eat.

Wheelchair accessibility: 100% accessible!!!

Looking to have a birthday celebration for the first time in years, I turned towards the Ross Park Cheesecake Factory. I called a month ahead so I could help prepare and make sure it was even possible to support a large party like mine, and the manager Chris was super supportive and helpful from the get go!
