I am sorry I do not remember her name. She was very helpful and accomodating. I was able to pick up my trays of bagels and get them into the city of Philly for my mom's service (repast). I really appreaciate what she and the staff did for me. The bagels were a hit. Thank you!
The food was good I ordered two sandwiches and one hashbrown, the sandwichs where cold and the cheese was not melted at all. It took about 25 minutes and had to wait for the other online orders to be done before us because we ordered in. The hashbrown was filled with just grease and did not taste good.
I used to really like this place. We ordered every weekend for a few months straight..but they've been forgetting things in our order like the hashbrown option on sandwiches, the bagel size has decreased noticeably, and the prices have gone up a considerable amount. I think I have to stop ordering from here.
