My daughter buys sandwiches here often, so today I asked her to get me one since I've never tried them before. I was so excited when I opened it up and it looked and smelled incredible. Then I took the first bite....felt something and ultimately pulled a very long hair with pieces of sandwich wrapped around it out of my mouth/throat. it was horrifying and so upsetting. Please have your employees wrap their hair up and /or wear a hair net!

We visited Barristers for the first time today and it won't be our last visit. They had a great selection of bagels, which were all well coated in seasoning, as well as a large selection of flavored cream cheese. Be warned that you can't eat here, which surprised me. There are no tables inside, and only 2 small tables outside sitting in the mulch. I had a lox sandwich on an everything bagel and it was delicious. A nice portion of lox as well as capers and red onions. My husband had an egg sandwich and said the cinnamon raisin bagel is one of the best he's had. All of the meat they use is Boars Head. My only real complaint is that the woman working at the front counter was out front smoking when we got there. She followed us in smelling like cigarettes. She was very helpful and gave us recommendations on the menu, but I don't want to smell cigarettes when I'm getting ready to eat. If you need to take a smoke break I would recommend doing it out of view of the patrons.

Usually delicious bagels, sometimes they are not as fluffy and well cooked. I guess it depends on the mood of whoever is making them. Got some the other day and they dint even seem fully cooked. They were flatter and mushy inside. NO love in it at all, you could taste the resent of whoever made them. Biggest complaint: Staff is NOT friendly. They seem to be very bothered by customers in store. They're too busy to be bothered with us and their face shows it EVERY TIME. Pay attention next time you go in. ?Heres an idea: hire a front counter worker just for the people who come in, so we don't get attitude for not ordering online. If a halfway decent bagel place with good service opened up, they'd be in trouble.

We’ll never return and we suggest you do not ruin your Sunday mornings as well. Yes, we’ve spoken to the employees and owner. Yes, we’ve left our food and asked them for and our refund in a timely fashion. This is the last and final time we’ll ever go. Such a disaster of an establishment. Who runs out of bagels at a bagel shop? You should evaluate inventory weekly. Please do not respond with “you have no record of our order”. Picked up my to go order on Saturday at 10am. They were out of everything bagels as usual. We got sesame and poppy bagel which were stale and had mold. Tried to call and email to get refund and were never contacted. This business doesn't care about happy customers. Won't go back.

I have given this place numerous opportunities and unfortunately it’s now a NO for me. you guys suck at listening at what the customer wants. I’ve ordered here multiple times and I have paid for multiple things, and every-time each item I get is wrong. Today, I ordered a simple sandwich BEC, on an onion bagel…the only thing I did differently was I added a hash brown on the sandwich. ONCE AGAIN, I did NOT receive it on the sandwich or even in the bag! This place sucks they charge you, and you don’t even receive what you paid for.

Really did not like the food. A long wait for a disappointment. Sandwiches were bland and the coffee was nasty.

Good bagels, good prices! Eggs on egg sandwich were a bit overdone. I know they can't do too runny for food safety but they were fairly dark.Love the lox bagel!

The food was good I ordered two sandwiches and one hashbrown, the sandwichs where cold and the cheese was not melted at all. It took about 25 minutes and had to wait for the other online orders to be done before us because we ordered in. The hashbrown was filled with just grease and did not taste good.

These bagels are incredible. Completely homemade, fresh, and affordable. Schmear is also homemade and delicious. As a jew, my people invented bagels and I approve of these bagels ?. Negative reviews are unfounded and asinine.

Went in around 10am on Sunday for a few everything bagels. They didn't seem fresh and were kind of old and dry. I'm not a fan of their recipe...too dry and bread-like instead of moist and chewy.
