My daughter buys sandwiches here often, so today I asked her to get me one since I've never tried them before. I was so excited when I opened it up and it looked and smelled incredible. Then I took the first bite....felt something and ultimately pulled a very long hair with pieces of sandwich wrapped around it out of my mouth/throat. it was horrifying and so upsetting. Please have your employees wrap their hair up and /or wear a hair net!
it's not the same. This is the 2nd time I received something different than what I ordered. Moreover, bagel was hard and the prices increased. I won't be returning.
