When I stopped by the Starbucks inside the Target, EVERY last table was a left a mess.

This little store in Target is great. It has friendly, joking, smiling staff and fast service, with seating for 12 or so. The Brulee Latte had perfect ratios and temperatures. The staff checks with picky customers while making drinks, nailing it every time with extra extra extra pumpkin cold foam. For kid-friendliness, the cake pops and refreshers cannot be beaten.
