Why do they charge a $3.99 service fee on top of a $4.99 delivery fee? I also tipped $5 so it cost me close to $14 to have two sandwiches delivered. Mapquest estimated a 8 minute drive time.
I tried to call about how salty the French dips were, but could not get them to pick up the phone. So $50 later we are hungry and thirsty dreaming about the turkey sandwiches we should have ordered.
will try again but will pick up ourselves. I am afraid to feed the leftovers...read full review
Got home with my sandwich and it was all wrong. Everything I asked to not be on the sandwich was and what I wanted was not. I guess they just make them however they want and not as the customer asked.
