If I could give them no stars, that is exactly what I would rate this KFC! The one worker was rude as hell and wanted to curse at me because he said all the food was ready except the mac & cheese. We had a pool up and there was no communication with us. We had to then proceed to knock on the back door for someone to answer and he then wanted to say they ran out of pot pies. But yet in the beginning at the window, he said our food was ready and we were just waiting on mac & cheese. Horrible horrible customer service! I will be contacting corporate! Waited for 25 minutes to still NOT receive any food!

Placed a mobile order 11:45 got there 12:05 food was ready at 12:30. Waste of time and money when the app said it would be ready in 5-15 minutes. People where walking out because of slow service and cashiers where rude and workers kept staring. A 30 piece meal was ordered in the place and out before my 5 tender meal make it make sense here.

Worst KFC ever, service is terrible and staff are very miserable. I did a mobile order and waited inside for 15 mins after my 10 min drive. Staff doesn't greet you and ignores you. I watched people come in and order at the counter and get their food before me, along with the many drive thru customers that came and went while I waited. Had to ask the girl with the ultra thick lashes twice for my order and she asked my name both times. When I finally received my order, of course the sauce was missing. I asked her for the sauce and she disappeared in the back to ask a coworker and then went back to the drive thru to serve customers. After she was done serving I asked her about the sauce again and she said they are out of it. I will never go back to this location.

It's a shame because it's like the only one left that has the 2 stores combined. I think they are shorthanded as they take forever. Every every time I've been there, the last couple months last couple times It's a shame because it's One of my favorite places. Besides the fact that the prices are getting to be ridiculous for stuff

My order was showing as READY I stopped by the drive throw the woman told me to pull up front and wait!! Wondering why do i need to wait if it showing ready? After over 10 minutes of waiting i decided to go inside the store to ask about my order. That same woman looked at me and she ignored me… she walked to the back to show her coworker something in her phone for over 5 minutes and I’m waiting until I yelled “hello” she said one moment!! I’m like what’s going on here… then another guy came out handed me the other which was just setting in the back!! Horrible woman with no respect for customers/time. I got my food cold and the ice was already melted in my drink, the chicken was stale and hard to chew.
