This is the worse place to order food , they should either fire the management or close the store . I ordered my food and waited 30 minutes. The see the kids working just standing and chating . They don’t wana work of course but when I got my food half of my food was missing . I waited again for 15 minutes and then received cold food . What’s the worse I can order now . KFC is done

This is a pretty good KFC with consistent quality. They missed an item in an order once which is the reason for 4 stars rather than 5.

I was just there tonight and they read me my order 2-3 times and still managed to givr me the wrong things. I tried to call but the line was busy per usual. they locked the lobby door around 6 pm and the line was wrapped around the drive thru, so I waited.. and still got the wrong things, minus the things ive ordered.. the man at the window was very nice and respectful. He was the best part of the experience.. I will not be going there anymore. They are slow and never have a "manager" on shift it seems like.

I'm sick of getting chicken sandwiches with hard ass buns. The manager gives me a hard time with the credit card. Refuses to put jalapeno from Taco Bell side on my KFC sandwich. I've had three chicken sandwiches in a row with a cracker stale hard bottom and it's inedible for me. This place constantly disappoints me for years.
I have no beef with most of the employees. This hole is poorly managed.

Prices are getting to high for fried chicken. $40. For an 8 piece meal. Do to being short staffed they weren't serving taco bell

I’m literally homeless right now (living in my car) and my friend sent me money to get something to eat (first time I would’ve eaten in 4 days) and when I ordered they first said it’d be ready to be delivered to the place that I was staying at for the night in 45 minutes(by 10:05) , then at the 30 minute mark they switched it to “it’ll be ready by 10:15” which I wasn’t to bothered about, like what’s another 10 minutes, then at 10:15 I get an email saying they can’t complete my order. All I wanted was a 4 pcs meal and a k8 bowl. Why wait until AFTER I’ve waited that long to tell me they can’t get my shit done. Now I’m sitting here like “damn I’m hungry” AND I DIDNT EVEN GET MY REFUND YET TO GET SMTH ELSE.
