Haven't had KFC in a while. Got the craving. Bad bad mistake. Made me sick and gave me food poisoning. After eating 2 pieces of the fried chicken I knew it wasnt right so I stopped. Ended up still getting sick. Do your self and favor and do not eat here.

I will never go back. The place was packed with people waiting and a line waiting. We waited 30min until we finally got our food. I didn't even eat it. The chicken nuggets were almost burnt and it all just smelled weird. The tables and chairs are filthy with food and stains etc since it seems nobody cleans them. I do not know who thought adding a Taco Bell and kfc together was a good idea but it's not. They have like no workers and on top of that the little bit of people they have are rushing to take orders and make food from two different companies. Whoever owns the business should just take the loss and sell it. It's not working out clearly.

Horrible. Workers were in the phone, closing dining room at 7:32 denying customers. My wedges and wings took 25 minutes. They have 11 1 star reviews this summer alone smh.

The workers at this specific location, should’ve never been employed by the company. All they do is talk, laugh, and joke around. I use uber, DoorDash, and Grubhub as a driver. I come into that establishment often, and I wait over 15 minutes everytime. Most of the time, the order is already made, they just forget to give it to me. Sometimes I don’t even get acknowledged, and I’m the only one at the register. They should all be fired. Is embarrassing for your company
Just spent 45 dollars for dinner and of course items are missing.
2.9 stars is overrated. Should be 1 star over all. Ordered ahead on the app, arrived at the restaurant on time. Had to wait 6 mins at the drive thru to pickup the order. Right at the window, we were asked to wait - “it’s going to be quick”. Waited for over 20 minutes before the food arrived.

What is going on at this location? Will they not be serving Taco Bell anymore? Then you order the Spicy wings and wedges and the have no wedges. This location has just gotten worse and worse.

If I could give them 0 star, I would. The worst KFC . They dont issue refund and cant take the order correctly. Also, the store have no manager or person in charge.

I placed an order at the drive-thru and waited approximately 12 minutes with no one even opening the window to say anything. Then I lightly pressed my horn and a lady opened the window and angrily said there are only two people working (though I saw 3). I said no problem. But honestly customer service sucks if you think you can have customers waiting without even the courtesy of saying we are short staffed, you have a little or in this case a long wait. I can understand staff feeling frustrated, but you cannot take it out on the people who are contributing to your wages.
I think management and staff at KFC/Taco Bell in Royersford PA need to be retrained in proper service.
After they handed me my order I said thank you and have a nice day and she just slammed the window. Very disappointed in the service

This place is a joke. Unprofessional and rude workers, especially the woman at the register. She dropped our drink cups on the floor and handed them to me like I was going to use them after that. If they do this right in front of you imagine what goes on that you don't see! Also the soda machines were all messed up, half the selections coming out with the wrong product.

The worst wait we have ever experienced at a drive-through. If we had this much time we would have gone to a sit-down restaurant. We’re empathetic with being short staffed and the workers but the person working the drive-thru was unfriendly and short with us. I hope management cares about their workers! Seems like bad vibes here.

Manager needs to be change because whole crews needs to be replaced because drive thru always 20 to 30 min wait and always wait time inside the store.
