The service was great! My steak was overcooked, they could tell just by my facial expression that I wasn’t happy. I wasn’t gonna send it back, but they insisted my satisfaction was their ultimate goal. It came out perfect the second time. The koala punch was really good. Now Lisa & Grace have the koala ducks to add to the Jeep collection!
I came for my Valentines day dinner with my boyfriend. My server was Casey and she gave me amazing service, frequent check ins and food was perfect!! i will definitely be back again and asking for Casey :)

We've been to Outback numerous times, but I wanted to comment on the superior service that Jay provided us tonight. He was personable, and attentive and made sure that we were satisfied with the food. He was very busy but I noticed he provided time and courtesy to all the tables around us. It makes dinner much more enjoyable when people are nice and the food is good.
