Its a gas station that used to have a Subway there.. now its a gas station with an overpriced chicken shack..

I don't know how or why this shows that I rated it a 2!?! I was there the other day and it must have done it with my phone in my pocket. I did not mean to rate it at all and was not aware that I even did until I just received the response from the company! My apologies because I thought everything was delicious and everything was great! I am changing my rating to a 5 because I never meant for it to be rated a 2. My apologies!!

We came around 12:30 midnight after coming back from JFK and were still able to ordered wings and fried shrimps. Wings were crispy and nicely coated in sauce. Appreciate how late they opened!

Overpriced and chicken was not hot at all...no sides available...limited sauces and could not even give me butter for the biscuit if you want to call it that...butter would not have made it better anyway...sad will never try again...it's a shame because there are not many places I can pull my tractor trailer into.

I ordered from Grubhub, this place came up as a new location, and Krispy Krunchy is my favorite seasoning. So I was very excited to have one near me after all the other locations shut down. To my dismay, the food arrived cold and over cooked. Some of the breading was just thick and dry, and the biscuit was so hard it would hurt someone if thrown.

So Grubhub gave me a 5 dollar discount on my next order, and after reading the reviews, I tried to order a second time. This time, the chicken was still cold but slightly better quality, and they didn't even include the Jumbalaya that I ordered.

My recommendation for if you go here is to ask them to make it fresh.

Could you please cook the food ordered when it's ordered? No one on Grubhub is expecting to order food that's been sitting under the heat lamps being dried out for hours on end.

P.S. Can you get the Krispy Krunchy Original sauce? It's their best sauce.

I got cold old chicken drier than jerky. I order thru GrubHub and it arrived very fast, but I knew something was wrong when the box was not even hot. The last time I ordered thru GrubHub, the chicken was hot and fresh. Today these tenders can break your molars. Quality is very inconsistent and luckily for me GrubHub gave me some money back. Order and be happy if the food is fresh.

Update: I gave it another chance and the food was fresh and juicy. Maybe it was just an off day and 2 out of 3 times and it was good.

I’ve just got a crunch box for lunch. I wish I tried it before leaving this gas station. Chicken was definitely fried yesterday. It is so dry! Biscuit exploded when I was trying to break it in half. This food is trash.

Never eat from this place it’s a robbery i put an order online and after i paid $13.05 they said i couldn’t have my food because i refunded my door dash tip because i had to pick it up. After i already paid them $13 they said i couldn’t have the food and they refused to serve me. All true story

Getting chicken at 12:00am my expectations were low, but Krispy Krunchy Chicken demonstrated that you can keep your expectations high. Truly a hidden gem post-pandemic, where your only other option for late-night food in the area is Wawa.

The chicken was juicy and the breading was crispy despite the time I arrived. You can tell that food safety is a high priority; I waited for Mac and Cheese to be made and the cook checked the temperature every time it came out. It took a while because it had to be cooked longer several times, but it's better to wait than to see staff taking shortcuts. I'll definitely be back again!

Side note: If you drive, either call the store for pickup or go in to order your food. Don't hurt small businesses by ordering through Doordash or UberEats; they pay a fee on every order. Yes, even orders placed for pick up through those apps.

Very very good fried chicken. The sauces are great too. Not sure they serve Chicken breasts - I think it's all yummilicious thighs and wings and drumsticks. I enjoyed the fries and the honey biscuits were delicious.
