I ordered online and went in to pick it up. The staff was super friendly but the pizza wasn't that good. I also got the mozzarella sticks, and they were really greasy. The upcharge of .95 cents for a side of honey mustard was ridiculous, especially since the menu said "mozzarella sticks with sauce". Overall the experience was very disappointing.

I've never felt the need to write a review on any places but I am certainly writing one for this restaurant. We went here to celebrate my grandfathers birthday and I am disappointed by the service they presented. We brought my 89 year old great grandfather to the restaurant, while I was trying to seat him back at his seat this women came in and rudely said "move we are trying to seat people." (There was no one following her to be seated). Mind you he is elderly so he can not move fast and she was extremely impatient and rude. They also just seemed like they wanted us to get in and out and seemed unfriendly. Overall I am disappointed in what this place has become and the staff they have hired here.

I got the zucchini salad tonight for take out and it was so delicious. I wanted a different salad than usual and this was so perfect. Breaded zucchini was crispy and yummy and the grilled pears were so juicy.

Luciano's catered my daughter's Bridal Shower; the food was absolutely amazing! I heard nothing but compliments on how good the food was. I even had people calling me the next day! We had the penne pasta (both plain and with shrimp) and chicken marsala as the main entree. Franco was more than accommodating; he offered suggestions and answered all my questions.

Expect the type of customer service you get at a business where employees hate/ forced to do their job. DO NOT ORDER DELIVERY!!! You place your order, they deliver whatever they feel like sending you. I’ve dealt with them a couple times about incorrect orders and missing items. All they do is apologize and rush you off the phone. Will never order from them again ?
