this location made a mistake a long time ago and gave about 7-8 individual coupons for their mistake. We ordered the large bundle of tacos. They put meat in them when we are vegetarian. I found the coupons and the female manager just now (1/20/26 morning) said they stopped accepting them. I told her we got them from their location. She would not help. I asked for her name, and all she said was 'have a good day' and hung up. -- Fist they made huge mistake, and then they give this treatment! Terrible customer service. I will be sharing this with their corporate location too.

If I could rate it 0 I would, they take FOREVER, ordered 2 tacos and sat at the drive thru window for 15 min. Asked for a reciept, never got that either.

The people working there seemed out of it. Messed my order multiple times. They thought I was lying when I asked them for what was missing. Oh and we found a nail in our food! Shut this place down!

Worst Taco Bell in the country!!!!

Wow this place needs to be shutdown…absolute disgrace that this Taco Bell runs this way. By the time I got to order they asked me to come inside, I had already waited over 20 mins. Waited another 20 minutes for my food. This has to be the worst Taco Bell in the country. I hope corporate sees this and finally does something. I will now be driving to pottstown for my Taco Bell because clearly that’s faster then waiting at this Taco Bell for food. Do not go here. The 1 star reviews are 100% correct.

This specific Taco Bell location just turned me off from Taco Bell as a whole for the next year. This was a miserable experience. We pull up to the drive thru and are told that we need to go inside. We make it inside and have to wait about 10 minutes to take our order, keeping in mind there was one person in front of us. Then we start seeing other cars pulling up to the drive thru, with no issue. Once we order the overpriced food, we ended up waiting for another 20+ minutes, seeing everybody around us getting their orders wrong. The workers were acting as if the place was overloaded with customers when in reality, they probably had a grand total of 5-6 orders in the span of 30 minutes, which they weren’t even getting right. I’ve worked in fast food for multiple years before, and this was done wrong in pretty much every way. This place needs a complete rework on staff and/or management.

If I could post a negative 5 stars I would. Went to get lunch and am told to please come inside and place my order when I'm sitting in the drive thru. So I go inside and am ignored for 10 minutes and right before I have someone place my order there is a customer sitting st the drive thru window who then is handed food. So they let him place his order and told me to come inside. Then I watch at least 6 cars come through the drive through and I'm still waiting over 40 minutes for my food. I then have another employee come ask me what I'm waiting for, I could tell my response made him flustered and apologized to him, because it wasn't his fault, because he didn't take my order. This was a horrible experience and my food wasn't even made correctly. I will not be returning to this resturaunt for a long time. Don't tell me a paying customer your short staffed then ignore me while you take drive thru orders. So unprofessional and rude.

At 9:10 p.m. Tonight I went to the Taco Bell and the drive-thru gave an automated message saying it was closed. So I drive around and see that there's people at the drive-thru window and ask them if it's open and they say yes it's open so I drive back around to the drive-thru window again. The automatic message plays but this time the guy answers and says they are not serving Taco Bell. They're only serving KFC and only limited items. This Taco Bell has bed horribly managed since it opened over a decade ago

The franchise owner should do Royersford a favor and close this down. What a terrible taco bell/ KFC. The staff is lazy/rude, inside is nasty, and the food sucks.
